Recommendation and Review
To consider the event application request for the EMU Graduation to be held on Sunday, April 30, 2017, from 12:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. This request was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee in March. As in prior years, Harrisonburg Public Works will provide a message board on Mount Clinton Turnpike. EMU staff and volunteers will provide closure and management of Park Road..
