Recommendation and Review
Staff will present an update on the work completed to date and next steps for the Zoning Ordinance (ZO) Update. Staff also requests City Council’s endorsement of staff’s recommended approach for the remainder of 2026, including disbanding the Ordinance Advisory Committee and using the Planning Commission as the primary review body for the ZO Update.
