Recommendation and Review

The Director of Public Utilities is requesting amendment to City Code Section 7-1-15 for “Deposit Prerequisite to Service” to recognize cohabitant in addition to immediate family member.  The Director is also requesting amendment to City Code Section 7-4-1 for “Schedule of Rates and Charges Generally” to align the ordinance with current practice regarding return payment items in relation to automatic bank draft.
