Recommendation and Review
Background: VA Momentum’s fourth annual Harrisonburg Half Marathon planned in partnership with Parks & Recreation, Tourism, and Economic Development. It will be a signature running event attracting locals and visitors to the City.
This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on July 27, 2025.
The total cost of this event is estimated to be around $2,500. The event organizer is responsible for payment of applicable charges.

- COI and endorsement to be submitted prior to event
