Recommendation and Review

Background: This is the 15^th Annual Valley 4^th Run, in downtown Harrisonburg. The organizer, VA Momentum, is requesting to use the approved 5k downtown route for their event this year.

This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on March 26, 2026.

The total cost of this event is estimated to be around $13,000. The event organizer is responsible for payment of applicable charges.
