Recommendation and Review

This request will appropriate $20,967,000 in ARPA funds for various projects and programs as discussed by City Council at their November 22, 2022 works session.

In addition, the Harrisonburg City Public Schools was awarded school construction grant funding from the state. Funds are proposed to be used for renovations and for a chiller replacement at Harrisonburg High School.
