The U.S. Treasury’s Final Rule guides the use of ARPA-SLFRF funds and requires localities to obligate all ARPA-SLFRF funds by December 31, 2024. City staff seek to reallocate approximately $13,000 in unobligated ARPA funding from three completed projects to the Navigation Center ARPA project in order to meet the Final Rule’s obligation deadline.
