Recommendation and Review
It is requested that City Council consider approving a supplemental appropriation for the Sanitation Fund in the amount of $2,404,517.00 for costs associated with the decommissioning of the Resource Recovery Facility (RRF), as well as, operational costs incurred at the RRF that are reimbursed by James Madison University.
