Recommendation and Review

At its June 7, 2021 meeting, the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Regional Sewer Authority approved revisions to the HRRSA’s Operating Rules and Regulations. These revisions were mandated by Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) based on the United States EPA’s Streamlining Regulations.

DEQ has reviewed and accepted the amendments to HRRSA’s Operating Rules and Regulations.
