Recommendation and Review
This is the annual resolution to set the percentage of personal property tax relief pursuant to Article J of Title 4, chapter 2 of the Harrisonburg City Code. The Commissioner of the Revenue has determined the final percentage for the tax year 2014 to be thirty one percent (31%).
