Recommendation and Review

This public hearing is required by HUD to receive citizen comments on an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant 2020 Action Plan. Staff proposes that the following amendment be me made: $250,000 of CDBG-CV funding that was allocated to the Small Business Loan and Grant project will be reallocated to the NEW Mercy House Rental Assistance Project. Staff will make a short presentation, to be followed by a public hearing and a 7 day public comment period. There is no action needed on this item at this time.
