Background: HCPS will be hosting an event to celebrate the end of the school year with staff and their families at Turner Pavilion. Food trucks will be present and live music.
This application was reviewed and approved by the Special Events Committee on March 26, 2026.
The total cost of this event is estimated to be around $1500. The event organizer is responsible for payment of applicable charges.
