Recommendation and Review

City staff and Momentum Earthworks, LLC have drafted an interim agreement that addresses both stream restoration work and shared use path construction along a portion of the Northend Greenway. In accordance with PPEA requirements, this draft agreement has been posted for public review and comment. The 30-day open comment period concludes July 24, 2017. A summary of comments will be presented to Council at July 25 Council meeting. Both components of this proposal are included in the City’s Capital Improvement Plan and have funding allocated in the FY2017-2018 budget for implementation.  Staff recommends proceeding with this project and requests Council’s approval to authorize the City Manager to sign the interim agreement.
