Recommendation and Review:
A public hearing was held during the May 13, 2014 Council meeting. A motion was made by Council Member Baugh, seconded by Council Member Degner, to approve the budget as presented with the exceptions of the statement of the $180,000 for the schools and to restore $8,700.00 to Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance. The motion was approved with a 3-2 vote.
