Recommendation and Review

This public hearing is required by HUD to receive citizen comments on an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant 2020 and 2022 Action Plans. Staff proposes that the following amendment be me made:

 

•                     $101,368.13 of CDBG funding that was designated to the 2022 Vine Street Sidewalk Project (Harris Gardens to Main) will be moved to the 2022 North Liberty Gateway Art project.

 

•                     $67,247.91 of CDBG funding that was designated to the 2020 Vine Street Sidewalk Project will be moved to the 2022 North Liberty Gateway Art project.

 

Staff will make a short presentation, to be followed by a public hearing and a 30-day public comment period. There is no action needed on this item at this time.
