Recommendation and Review

Section 46.2-1242 of the Code of Virginia allows local governing bodies to adopt an ordinance governing parking in spaces reserved for persons with disabilities.

Section 13-1-73 has not been updated in many years. The amended text will bring the City Code in line with the State Code.
