Recommendation and Review

The ordinance amendment to 7-4-1(a)(b) would increase rates per one thousand (1000) gallons charged by the City as follows; water rates by twenty-three cents ($.23), sewer/authority rates by sixteen cents ($.16) on all customers. This is an amendment to raise water and sewer/authority rates as approved by the Council for the FY 25-26 budget. The ordinance amendment to 7-1-16 to uniform deposit rates for tenants and owners.
