Recommendation and Review

The ordinance amendment to 7-4-1(a)(b) would increase rates per one thousand (1000) gallons charged by the City as follows; water rates by twenty-two cents ($.22), sewer/authority rates by eighteen cents ($.18) on all customers. This is an amendment to raise water and sewer/authority rates as approved by the Council for the FY 24-25 budget. The ordinance amendment 7-4-1(e) would increase the large meter testing of water meters 1 ½” and greater by one hundred forty-five dollars ($145.00) in accordance with City meter testing contract.
