1. Welcome and Introductions
2. Public Comment Opportunity
The commission will reserve time at the start of the meeting for public comment
opportunity. Members of the public will have a maximum of 5 minutes regarding
comments, observations, or concerns that they wish for staff and/or the
commission to evaluate or address. There will be additional opportunities for public
comments regarding each agenda item during the presentation of those items.
3. East Market Street & Betts Road
Public Works staff will summarize the next steps involving the demonstration
project currently in place at the East Market Street (US-33) and Betts Road/Court
intersection. Staff will summarize changes which would be installed if the project
were to be made permanent. Staff will seek an endorsement from TSAC regarding
those proposed changes.
4. Safe Streets and Road for All (SS4A)
Staff will summarize the upcoming study and planning effort which will involve the
creation of the City’s Safety Action Plan, Complete Streets Design Guide, Safe
Routes to School Plan, and update to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. Staff will
also summarize TSAC’s expected involvement in these plans and potential
additions to scheduled meetings.
5. Summary of City Crashes
Staff will summarize crash history from 2025 and address trends.
