There will be an open time for members of the public to comment (maximum 5  
minutes) regarding observations or concerns that they wish for staff and/or the  
Subcommittee to evaluate or address. Comments regarding the items to be  
discussed later in the meeting are to be held until that item has been presented,  
at which point there will be time for public comment.  
3. Election of Subcommittee Chair  
The members of the Subcommittee will elect a Chair for the 2026 calendar year.  
4. Confirm 2026 Meeting Dates  
Meetings are proposed to continue being held at 6pm on the 4th Monday of  
odd-numbered months. Potential additional meetings are tentatively proposed for  
August and October, should planning efforts related to updating the Bicycle and  
Pedestrian Plan warrant meeting. Planned 2026 meeting dates are:

5. SMART SCALE Round 7 Update  
Staff will present updates regarding the city’s planned SMART SCALE project  
applications.  
6. Overview of Capital Project Funding Sources  
Staff will provide information about the primary funding sources, including state  
and federal grants, that the City pursues to fund transportation projects.  
7. Project Updates  
Staff will answer any questions regarding the attached updates on funded  
projects.
