Recommendation and Review
The Church of Incarnation is requesting the use of the parking lot at 268 N. Liberty Street, which is directly adjacent to their church, for their Sunday services from now until May 30, 2021.
The organizer has received approval from the parking lot owner, Harrisonburg Redevelopment & Housing Authority and will notify area businesses that may be impacted by the parking lot closure.
The City of Harrisonburg currently utilizes the parking lot as a 2 & 10 hour parking lot.

- No HPD or HFD support needed
- Insurance documentation will be submitted
- ABC license will be submitted; reviewing exemption status
